For Snow-Keith 's contest!Magic snowy owl dragon baby, three ice horns manifest on his head and can be shot and thrown, summons snow globes that when broken can start a blizzard. They also explode like smoke bombs. Or the globes can be made to function like a normal snow globe, with buildings and landscapes made of ice inside.
He honestly just wants to go inside and watch a show with his snuggie and coco though.
