Description See? I've always been a little off my rocker.

And I seriously WAS scared of striped socks and grass. God only knows what it would've done to my poor innocent psyche had the two been combined.

And I did have an attitude in the Army. Never did in trouble for it though. BWAHAHAHA.

Do I dare ask how, hypothetically, the slinky ended up in the dryer?

This feels really familiar.......well, minus the military.....and with a Y-chromosome......I only just now realize how weird it must have seemed to my classmates that I read The Prince and the Popper in second grade. Why was that even INΒ  the grade school library?

Strangely, this is almost like my life, with minor details missing.
One, I was never in the army.
Two, my heart belongs to mythology, not Gargoyles.
Three, I hated ice cream, whipped cream, mac n cheese, and peanut butter/peanut butter and jelly. (Today, i like ice cream.)
Four, I haven't grown out of the occasional "anti-social I'll kick your ass" phase.

did you seriously go from blond to red-head? or did you just dye it?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

shinga In reply to Leafstripe77 [2012-02-22 02:56:31 +0000 UTC]

a bit of both. i went from blonde to some cracked out mixture of a bunch of colors, mostly auburn. i got tired of the mishmash and dyed it so i'd have one consistent color.

Panel 5 is why I never joined the military. They kept asking me. And for some reason, telling them, "You don't want me, I know how basic training works, I'm too smart (and mouthy) to take orders without questioning, and I have health problems," just never makes it through their ears to their brains. ^.^ Apparently only drill sergeants know how to listen

I was lame <.< Afraid of the dark. Still am. STILL sleep under the covers, too. Just not all the time, like I used to.

My sister was afraid of clowns/costumed people, though, which was bad cause I always REALLY REALLY wanted them to come up to us and give us flowers or balloon animals or talk to us.

I was always really afraid of swimming in lakes because a fish might touch my leg. I'm not really sure why this is so scary to me, but I still can't go into the exotic fish room at the aquarium.

Dude. You are not alone! I am TERRIFIED of something (notably, I always think of sharks, no matter where I am) touching me. I only swim in swimming pools. Where you can see STRAIGHT to the bottom. Even in those I totally flip out if someone I don't see touches me.

Lol, very funny. I can understand being a "special" child. When I was younger, I refused to wear bikinis to the beach because I was afraid that an evil sandman would pop up out of the sand and stab me in the belly button. (Why the belly button, you ask? Because it is a perfect target. I mean think about it, if someone stabbed you there, they would probably hit something important!)
You served in the army, though? Cool! ^^
