Description
Had this idea after doodling on a post-it note at work. Thought "oooo, that would be cool" then spent two straight days trying to get the damn pose right. This isn't quite what I first pictured but honestly I think I'm happier with this than I would have been with the original pose.(I hate coloring water... i mean seriously, hate... because I LOVE water. And I never do it justice)

This actually goes really well with a book by Keri Arthur called "Destiny Kills", it looks a lot like how I imagined the main character lol.

I adore it! Mostly the tatto work. Reminds me of two of my chars, but no need for much detail. I love the glow and you did a very decent job to the water. Only slight problem I see, is the water about her bum shouldn`t cruve inward, but out and around her bum. Other than that, I think it came out great, but I dunno how you originally imagined it. I know I have those moments of imaginieing pictures and they don`t come out as I thought.

The mist from the rain on her head is very good, I think it makes it feel like it's really raining, instead of blue streaks on a screen. I also like the water on her hair, on which you did a good job of making it look like it's running, and her glowing tattoo.

Colouring water IS hard, and I'm sad to say, I don't really have any good advice to offer. Except for reference pictures. Lots of reference pictures. Reference is DA BOMB and I'm sure DA has lots of good stock material, but you prolly already knew all this
I love how the tattoo (or could it be a real dragon sneaking up her back?
The drawing gives me all kinds of ideas for stories... Like she's a water spirit who got kicked out of her home, or she's about to drown herself. Or maybe she's missing some one... I don't know. Either way, very beautiful emotional piece. ^^

This is a very nice piece. It seems kind of dark and sad maybe. Perhaps feeling a little down when you made this?
