Its a part of the story.
Del was a soul who possessed Russ, but he wasn't JUST a soul.
He was Russel's best friend and the like. He was killed in
a drive by that Russel surprisingly survived. del then proceeded
to possess Russel,but was taken by the Grim Reaper
after the first album. xD It's all in Rise of the Ogre.
