Akihiko has a bright, happy personality. He is very friendly, and smiles a lot. He can be easily annoyed, and like the rest of his emotions, openly shows this. Aki has a bit of a wild side as an after effect of his upbringing, and will not back down from a challenge.

Backstory
Akihiko grew up in Kyoto with his mother, whom was a drug addict. Though he worked hard in class, he still got involved in the Underworld. By the time he graduated high school, Aki had a strong reputation as a street fighter. Not wanting to end up like his family, Aki left to learn how to be a hairdresser and moved to Ikebukuro. Aki has his own apartment and a steady job, but still feels drawn to the underworld, and has participated in a few fights.

Relationships

Tom: Tom is a frequent customer of his. They get along well.

Shizuo: Met through Tom. Seems to pester the man quite a bit, and Aki gets some enjoyment out of it.

Kida: Another customer. Aki dyes Kida's hair.

Mikado and Anri: Met briefly through Kida. Treats them kindly.

Izaya: Has only met a few times. Feelings on the informant are neutral.

Simon: Visits Simons Sushi Place often for his lunch break
