Once a decision is made it is hard to change his mind. He is also an information hoarder and is not above blackmailing. He has a problem with being... Too honest. As in he is very blunt and to the point (He is much better at keeping secrets).

Bio:
Luka lived in an orphanage in Japan until scientists from the Arachne Project took him away at age 5. The scientists aimed to create the next generation on humans by altering them to be like the spider. Luka survived the first few stages of the experiment and developed his Vibrational Sense. He and three other kids that had survived went on to train in fighting/assasination/first aid.
However, when he was 15 another one of the kids snapped and went on a murderous rampage. Luka escaped and had to watch as the lab burned. He has no idea who might have survived. After wandering around for days an elderly couple found him and took him in. He learned that he was in a place called France, and they taught him many other things. They were the first people to treat him like a human, and he cared for them.
But as timed passed, first the Grandfather and then the Grandmother died of old age. Luka became afraid of death after that, and took off again. After a while he found the Killjoys, and decided to give the initiation a shot.

Abilities/Powers

Powers/Skills: Advanced Vibration Sensing (rather than enhanced hearing, Luka can sense the vibrations of the world around him. This allows him to essentially "see" whereever he is. Drawback is that he can't really turn it completely off. Sometimes it is overwhelming)

Weaknesses: damage to his ears (a part of his vibrational sense comes from this area), nervous system damage (another part that is key in his vibrational sense), water (it is hard to hear locations of vibrations in water)

Equipment: Strings of Fate (Red wire that is always hidden in his sleeves, wrapped around his arms. The wire can cut through most things, and has a small weight on each end to help when he directs the wire)

Extra Info
-He is a master at string instruments like the harp and violin
-Only a select few people know his first name. He sees it as personal, since the Grandmother and Grandfather gave it to him. Everyone usually calls him Stryder.
-He loves to keep a garden full of flowers and other plants, just like the Grandmother.
