History:
Hadvir was born on the Halfmoon day of the Libra month for StarWalkers. Due to this, his magical capabilities were hightened. His parents sent him to the StarWalker Capital, deep within the Hidden World, to train and learn. His mentor was the old Libra Guardian of the High Council, Pheroclys.

Hadvir, through his studies, witness the distruction humans brought to the natural world and soon began to resent them for altering the balance of the world. Though not an extremist like some StarWalkers, he still looks at humans with distaste.

After his mentor retired and he was named the new Libra Guardian five years ago, Hadvir moved out into the wilds of earth to his own Valley. He resides there with little disturbance and conducts experiments and research. Should a human come to him for a reading of the future or other magical remedy, the price is always extremely high.

Trivia:
-He sees regular humans as the reason behind the earth's slow downfall. He may help them, but the price is always really high.
-Hadvir's Valley is always abundant in flowers, fruits, and animals
-His favorite type of person is other StarWalkers, and his least favorite type are arrogant humans.
-Hadvir's weaknesses are Eclipses and Blue/Blood/Harvest Moons. They drain him physically and his magic is much weaker due to its nature.
-Most of his foresight ability comes in the form of dreams. Also, often they make little sense at first. He uses a special pool in his basement for waking predictions.
-The walls of his cottage are littered with pieces of manuscripts and notes, often in other, ancient languages.
-Dispite Hadvir's attitude and appearance, he is extremely disorganized.
-He may dislike humans, but Art, regardless of who made it, has always been something he enjoys. He calls it "man-kind's one saving grace".
-He rarely Leaves the forest valley, unless for Council Meetings or Ceremonies
-Hadvir's heterochromia was brought on due to his foresight abilities. All StarWalkers with the ability have one gold eye.
-He is the youngest member of the High Magic Council
-Hadvir enjoys wearing the High Council Ceremonial Robes.
-During the month of his Star Sign, he is in charge of the New Moon and Full Moon Ceremonies***.He takes great pride in them, and often recieves priase on his work.
-His staff holds a star fragment, which acts like a magic catalyst. StarWalkers usually craft wands and staffs with their element inside, to strengthen them.

*StarWalkers are people born under a strong astral sign and thus are given magical capabilites. Only one with StarWalker blood can be a wizard. StarWalkers can master any one element of Magic, but every generation one can choose Celestial due to their birth. Someone of non original blood, aka a human/StarWalker, are called Half-Walkers and are typically looked down upon. (Closed idea, c. ShiningMaiden)
**The High Magic Council is composed of Twelve Great Wizards from all over the earth. The members are hand selected by their predeccessor, and each one represents a different Star Sign. Members serve until retirement or death. If death occurs, the other members will vote to choose a replacement. The eldest member is currently 750 years old.
***New and Full Moon Ceremonies have high attendance for those who were born in that month. The Ceremony is a blessing to StarWalkers bearing that Sign, and helps to keep the natural balance of the world. Only one month can ever be skipped without some form of dire concesquences for the earth. The last skipped month occured 100 years ago when earthquakes ravaged the land.
****StarWalkers have their own calendar that coordinates with Astral Signs. Month of Libra, Month of Scorpio, etc...
