Ahaha, yeah I suppose Ness does sound a little weird. But his attacks are: "PK Thunder" (the one you called "PK SENDAR"; a little harder to control than Lucas' ), his side special one is "PK Fire" and the neutral special attack is "PK flash" ^^ though I always thought he said PK pulse

BUT. Yeah, there's always a but. Ness's seiyu is the same as Kirby's. Yet, Kirby can say PK Flash perfectly[well, to a certain point of perfection, that is]. This means that Ness's voice was meant to sound like that, it was meant to have that weird accent~
