Hrm, first time I use textures, and I used a lot~ Got them from Google, so yeah >_> Dunno who to credit D:
And I kinda went lazy while doing the BG > ¦D;;

This took a long while :3 I'd say about 8 hours~
But bla bla bla, who cares about that?

Ok, her real name is Jessica, her real surname is unknown, but she uses Koopa as a replacement.
Her pole/wooden stick thing is her main "weapon" and means of theft. She uses the open side to steal hanging things, say, a purse, jewels, necklace, etc, or to hang from places, though it is tricky. The other one she uses it to hang from things sticking out from buildings or other things, you know, like poles.
Well, anyway, her outfit is inspired by Pikachu's[and formerly Pichu's] blue colour change in Brawl. Y'know, using the blue goggles, who doesn't love that outfit the most?[pft, against an idiot bandanna and Ash's useless cap? HA! HA! HA!]
