That's so pretty
The colours and style remind me of traditional Japanese art, especially the flames. Even the concept could be turned into some sort of deep ancient myth, if you wanted it to.

Maybe those blue flames are actually tears of anger or regret, but because of the burning pain behind them they appear as fires. They can only be extinguished when there's some sort of paradigm that will leave the spirit in peace.

Aww, I'm sorry XD Seriously, don't worry about it. It's short, but it needs to be read in small doses to digest it all. I know that YOU, of all people, will be just fine. You're a literary genius ^.^ I was actually ok with the book. The thing that really bothered me is that the author uses such LONG paragraphs, not his constant inclusion of symbols. He just really needed to break them up a little more than he did <.<
Have you read anything of Edgar Allen Poe's? I'm really interested to read more of his work.

Whatever is the least stressful for you! I'd love for you to write me something, but ^.^; I don't want to make it hard on you. If you'd rather write something, then use whichever of my characters you'd feel most comfortable with.

Thanks for the advice. I seem to start a book quite slowly and then finish it quickly, so I'll try and keep my reading paced to take it all in. And tediously breaking down a book can always make it seem worse. I'm sure I'm not the only one who liked a book initially and then wanted to throw it out a window when essay-time came.
No D: All I know is that the Poes in Zelda are named after him. I would be interested in reading some of his work one day. What does he write about specifically? And does he write short stories or novels?
Of course I am going to worry, and you can't stop me!
