This is my interpretation of the characters. Do NOT take anything I say as canon.

Henry is a kindhearted and creative fellow. He's worked alongside Joey as a cartoonist for several years but had to leave the studio after an incident happened that he can't remember. When he still worked at the studio, he got along pretty well with the other artists, especially Joey. He is a pacifist but will defend himself if necessary. He has never been in the downstairs area since Joey told him it's a recipording studio and for voice actors and music producers only....or at least that's what Joey wants him to think.

Joey is a serious and somewhat heartless person. He wasn't always like that though. He used to be a somewhat decent and kind person. After he performed the ritual to bring Bendy and the other's to life his attitude began to slowly... change. He grew more distant from Henry and the others, spent a majority of his time downstairs and would do a lot of things the other workers would consider crazy or psychotic. He abused Bendy and his friends but wouldn't harm Bendy too much so he could still perform. If any of them misbehaved, he sent them to Sammy so he could "punish" them. A lot of workers took note of his strange behavior and his decreasing sanity but were scared to ask him about it as he lashed out at one or two people.
