Again, awesome lettering, pitty the βarghβ is under the background lines (I think).
Good colouring but the teeth on sparklight should have some colour difference (on the top panel).
The letters on the third and last panel are kinda hard to read o.~
And lastly the middle panel of the page where he screams has anβ¦odd expression, at first I thought he was being tickled to death, then I understood it was actually pain.
Also, the electricity works, but it could be a bit better 
still good colouring, nice shaddows and lights, and agood flow among the panels.

lol, you have good hand lettering, wish I knew how to do that, but I have 0 experience in that and how no idea how to learn it.
it would just help if the letters were either more separated from each other or bigger. or maybe simply a thiner line if thats possible.
