Oh god do I know that. I've dealt with it on rp sites like roleplay.me and Myspace. People I know on those sites have gone through it too and a lot of the time it's during ooc talk. I swear people take rps too seriously on there. It's just an rp. Fake, not real in any way so they shouldn't make a big deal over something going on in the rp or another rp the person their rping with is doing. Also on Myspace I once had to deal with a soldier guy that got at me for having a YamixYugi pic (it was my default pic) up cause it's "not right" which made me go at him for that along with explaining the whole yaoi fandom thing. I then threatened to report him to the staff for harassment if he got at me again for it. Never got a reply back.

Same here and the way he reacted showed he knew nothing about yaoi but still the way he reacted to the pic was just mean. It's a free country and if I want to put up and show my love and support of the YamixYugi pairing then I can. If he doesn't like then tough. It's my choice, not his.
