This sketch was based off of manga chapter 58 in Death Note... where L dies.
I have mixed feelings on this. It made a great sketch, but he's my favorite character and I just drew him having a heart attack... -_-; And this one took about... 2 1/2 hours. Longer than most of my small sketches take.
Was it worth the 2 1/2 hours I spent on it?
***For those of you who don't know who L is, and who don't read/watch Death Note... he did NOT overdose. The spoon was in this particular scene because he was eating ice cream (or some sort of dessert), not because he was doing meth.
I had a few comments about that spoon when I was at school... so, just fyi.

L is my fav too and now i hate rem 'cause she killed him... i just red the 7th manga of death note (the manga where L dies) and i cryed when i saw the picture with his eyes closed i was so mad at rem and light that i hate them now!

This is amazing. Something about his eyes just doesn't seem fitting, but it's amazing, nonetheless.
