Can be used for more than just hair. Use however you like. Feel free to edit, alter and create different textures if you like.Please credit me. I made these 100% from scratch in blender.
Also, the preview shows bows all with frosted with dripping or sprinkles. There are regular bows included as well without it too!!

There are some safe apps that allow you to convert a rarΒ file into a zip file. It all depends on what kind of laptop you have.

The one I currently use is called RAR opener. I have a windows pc so If you have one too it may work. It's both free and really easy to use. If you still need help you can always pm me!
