This was originally a USAF picture of Falcons from the 52nd Fighter Wing, 22nd and 23rd Fighter Squadrons, out of Spangdahlem, Germany. Some careful Airbrush and Clone tool and Masking on the rudders cleaned them off. Hopefully, they've now become Wardog Squadron, 5th Air Wing, 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Osean Air Defense Force...

I know, I know. You can't get HARMs and JDAMs for any of the F-16s in Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War (Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War fixes some of that), but there just aren't pictures of just any aircraft in formation with just any armament. Chances are that these are what the Wardog would actually be flying early in the game anyway.
