Description EDIT: Used the extended deadline (my hand was quite dismayed to hear it could have had another week ) to fix a bunch of cosmetic errors that bugged me. If you can find them without comparing to the original, you get a cookie!

OMG SO MUCH TIME. My hand is dead. Note to self: Never choose to enter a contest that is almost ended. Imposing slavish deadlines on myself at will is hardly in my best interest. Narrowly eking out this piece before the deadline, by 2 or 3 hours.

This here is my trainer-self Diora, yoinking the ribbon from the shiny swellow in the UBF 2011 Tournament's first Event, the optional Taillow Migration. Now I just need to put this much work into Round One, only not in 4 days. Derp.

Thanks I love doing natural backgrounds. They always looks way more awesome than interiors, so much space and variety.

And this piece totally made me love Tropius. That's the first thing I got out of the UBF

I got a Dream World Tropius I squealed when I saw it. It's a shame there are so many cool pokemon sometimes.. I resisted the urge to use any of my super-awesome-bro-team in Black, but there's still no room. It'd be great if you could save more than one game per cartridge Instead, tropius must settle for my "If I were a retard Gym Leader and used only one type.." list.

Oh man- I have no Dream World pokemon on my White. Don't you need to have friends though? I have no friends who play pokemon, so I sit there with it as they play shooting games and we judge each other. But yeah, Dream World pokemon only appear when a friend hooks up to your DS or something... right?
And I know! Imagine being able to do more than one save! I'd so Nuzlocke HGold (but I have five shinies. It's not gonna happen.) You'd think they'd have done that by now.

No friends needed! A lot of the multiplayer content is local wifi only, which makes me mad, because my bro lives across the state, and my other Pokemon-playing friend lives way up north. Silly JP folk, assuming we all have a network of trains criss-crossing our country on which we can meet random Trainers every day.

Dream World is the website, though! It's connected to the silly trainer thing on the main Pokemon site; you register your game, then play retarded flash games to meet pokemon, and grow berries to exchange for furnishings for your silly house, and find items. Any of the items and pokemon found can be sent to your copy of the game. I can't really say it's fun, but I used it to get 50 National Dex Pokemon before I even beat the game I think some of the mons you can find there are otherwise unavailable in Unova, even post-game, but others are just there for the cool moves and abilities they can have.

If I had more than one save slot, my husband could play. He knows I'm a huge pokenerd, but he's only played Gale of Darkness; I got it for him because he was more into normal RPGs than the grind of Pokemon, but he'd probably rather like it nowadays. I don't think I'll ever Nuzlocke.. it would make me so sad. I don't remember if there are rules about over-leveling or anything, but that's how I beat the normal games with whichever pokemon I want, and I abuse the Pokemon Center. They'll never add multiple saves, because then people would buy less games!

Ohhhhhh! I see! Haha, I'm so unaware of all the pokΓ©mon things that aren't in your face. Unfortunately, my DS can't connect to the internet, I don't know why, I'll sit next to the modem and my housemate upstairs can connect but I can't. It hurts because I'm normally good at electrical things!
I think I'll still play on the dream world thing and steal someone else's DS to snatch it up! The JP probably have a crazy internet connection. My one pokΓ©mon gaming friend is down south at the moment, but she's a housemate next year, so fingers crossed!
Yeah- I've read you can get trapinch and murkrows and such.

My boyfriend hasn't played a pokΓ©mon game since Red/Blue because he has a stupidly overpowerful starmie and won't train up anything else. And then he insists that wobbufett is the best because it's banned from tournaments. *sigh*
And Nuzlockes are fun, I recently just lost Macbeth... and it was in a crucial battle and I was all "NOOOOOO MACBETH! THIS ISN'T MACDUFF ;.;! but this is good for the plo- MACBETHHHHH! *sob*" Oh man, if Macbeth had died against a torterra...
There aren't any rules about leveling at all unless you make them. The good old pokemon centre! The day they start charging... we all suffer!
And yeah, multiple saves would damage sales... yes, that's a good point!

Ha, my one friend loves his Starmie; he always brings it up when I talk about how cool Leafeon is.. He doesn't believe in pokebros D: only strength.

Thanks to XD's starter being Eevee, my husband's bro is Jolteon and one of my brother's is Glaceon. Eevee is so widely appealing. Think I'll pick him up White for Christmas not that it will be cheaper then or anything; they know people will keep paying tons for pokemon D:

My bro is Honchkrow :') he's on my HG and I love him very dearly. My friend caught a shiny murkrow and gave it to me because I love Sherlock that much!
And it should be a little cheaper o: keep an eye out for sales in November before all the prices are bumped for Christmas!
