Description
Perish Song: a deadly technique that drains the life of all who hear it at the cost of the user. A well practiced user can alter the song to merely incapacitate, or knock out an opponent. But an in-expirienced user, one who let’s the song control them, can cause far more destruction than anyone realizes.
