Difference between the 2:
Madotsuki's gender is obvious while Frisk's isnt which explains many theory about frisk's gender
Madotsuki is probably old while frisk is still a child
(my theory)In the game,yume nikki,you are playing as madotsuki running throught her memories of being alive,while you just play as frisk running throught timelines

Though Madotuski's gender is still a mystery to me. Because Madotsuki can use the boy's bathroom with no problem at all in the Block world. Though I will still consider Madotsuki as a she.

i also saw a theory why madotsuki was suicidal because she was like chihiro fujisaki,both boys dressed up as girls,and she was being teased thats way she died
