Akari is a word from Mermaidish, which means "genius" in Mermaidish, however, this name might be common to Mermaidish speakers...

This is actually a character from the commissioner, she belongs to the one I mentioned in the description ;-; I painted this art for her as a commission. So... if you're interested in her backstory, you might want to ask the commissioner instead.

Excellent piece. One item - most metals rust when exposed to water. I know I'd never put my armored legs into water, I'd be polishing for hours. But hell, that's a real nit-pik.
