okay, not my usual portrait i know. this one is completely made up by me! teehee. if you guys dont recognise him, well, you obviously haven't been to my site recently.ok, so, if you havent guessed already, this is my own character mneme, which means if you take him, you die! O_O i dont know why i decided to draw a portrait of him, but i just had such a clear vision of him at the time, i just had to draw him!if you guys are getting tired of seeing him, well, too bad! lol, at least its some sort of traditional portrait.
he does look different then he did in my 'blood moon' piccy, reason being that this is the realistic version. blood moon wasn't meant to be.
it was very strange drawing this picture, because for once, i drew him exactly the way i picture him while writing the story. i also did a lot of experimenting for the background. it was a pain because i used watersoluble pencil. if any of you have used watersoluble pencil before, you'll understand how annoying it is to draw with the pencil while its wet. but i wanted the slightly uneven grainy lines, and for that i had to use it, so i guess i cant complain. anyway, enough blabbering, i hope you guys like it!

btw, all those horny girls out there who i know are wondering, if you cant see from his slightly open jacket there, yes he is quite muscular. i may draw him shirtless one day, just for the heck of it, but not anytime soon, lol

This blows my imaginary portraits outta the water. I really love the "frame" you added as well. It completes the picture and sets off the picture itself in the best way possible. I really like the nostagic feel of the drawing as a whole... the guy seems like he wouldn't be out of place in a courtly victorian setting

i have been off the site for quite a while and i have just come back on to see all of these pics of people made up in your head...theyre really great! i really really like them...but i still hope this doesnt mean you will stop drawing dan, i mean he is just SO handsome. i think that its amazing that you can draw so brilliantly from an image that you have imagined in your head!

*Gasps* Wow... he's so, beautiful.... This is a lovely picture, he looks like a very interesting character, and he has awesome hair. The bg looks fantastic as well- the effect from the wet water-soluble pencil is really intriguing- It seems to suit Mneme. Wonderful work!
