This is amazing. I love the bright colors and what you did with the outline. I think the overall concept..is just fantastic.
I'm not quite sure what the deal is with the feet, unless they are supposed to be missing.
The main thing I see though, is the wing. The feathers look too....jumbled together and unorganized. I understand that the wing is supposed to be folded, but there is still a patter/layout that feathers fall into. Here are some references that could help you make your wings as stunning as the rest of the character 
Keep in mind that there are different types of wings and that a lot of the references are hand-drawn, so it helps to do some research of your own to help you out.

The legs are not invisible. They aren't there, well there is one back foot but its connected to the leg but not invisible. you coul but your fingers through it C: Thanks!
