Peaceful Days with her lovely, fluffy husband Yellow Submarine.They run the Flower Shop in Ponyville (you can see it here: [link] ), even if the true owner is Peaceful Days. Her husband helps her watering flowers and doing contability.
Yellow Submarine is smaller then average fully grown-up stallions, but his mane is thicker on his chest and hooves. His special talent is songwriting, while his wife's special talent is bringing peace to everypony.
Yes, he is heavily based on The Beatles, especially John Lennon (that was due to Peaceful Days' asian eyeshape, lol!).
