I recently read a collection of the greatest Flash stories, and one of them had Gorilla Grodd break out a bunch of other Flash villains from jail, and the first thing they did was head to a super villain tailor to get new copies of their super villain outfits. Plus, whenever they show super villains break out of where ever they're kept, they tend to not show them again until they're back in their outfits. So you have to wonder what the deal is with Mike Rochip's whole villain outfit.

Outfit choices aside, Techno-Pirate is your average technology themed villain with super strength and technopathy, with his Akumatization upgrade turning him into Doctor Octopus and letting him equip his loot more efficiently.

Also, I won't be making posters for his other outfits as there's not much to say about them.
