I just recently blasted through Dragonblight and was rather fond of Alexstrasza's look- that combined with my friend Marissa cosplaying as her at Blizzcon got me in the mood to art again. I KNOW UNHEARD OF since I never post anymore. Apologies.

Would it bother you horribly if I asked how you went about doing your line art?
I really like how the super duper clean lines look, and I try to go for it, but they look...angular. Clean, but angular.
Any tips?

I think I have a natural tendency to draw angled curves? But one tip I think I can give is, rather than drawing a corner or kinked curve as one stroke, draw it as two smooth strokes that overlap and then erase the excess- that gives you more control and a smoother appearance to your finished linework.

I also quite like her look, she's about the only thing in WotLK that sticks out of the bland norse-looking theme, and you've drawn her quite well!
Your cartoon style always reminded me of Mike Krahulik (guy who does Penny Arcade) or John Kricfalusi (Ren & Stimpy). I like your cartoon drawings rather than realism.

I suppose I could! What exactly would you be looking for, tutorial wise? My methodology with this sort of thing is pretty basic, but I have been thinking about recording a Photoshop session at some point to show people how I work.

Your methodology would be of great interest. My understanding of coloring is so rudimentary that I cannot for the life of me figure out how you did such wonderful, smooth colors.

From what I can see it's cel-shading with gradients, and it would work well in both PS or Illustrator.
By the way, I can't help but love the stylization here.
