I want the things in this pic. the knife, the grenade, and the Glock 17. Im more partial to the larger caliber rounds, like the 40. and 45. but I just want to be able to afford a new pistol.

I just got a Glock 17 on Friday, didnt shoot at range, took the baby to IDPA it worked better then my .22!

I know this photo is older than dirt, but I have to be honest: this is one of the most accurate Airsoft replicas I've ever seen.
I don't have a G17 Gen3, but I do have the "updated" 4th Generation model and I can say that Tokyo Mauri even got the mold line on the trigger guard right. The only error I see is that the logo on the pistol grip looks like it's placed a little high and to the right, but that could very well have been changed for Gen4s. I also noticed that the plate with the serial number is bulging a bit (probably because they hid the safety there) but my G23, which is a second generation gun, has a similarly bulging plate. Maybe I could nail TM for putting the numbers upside down? (Numbers should be rightside up the way your gun is photographed, but upside down on a Gen4, which uses a totally different number plate.) The optics rail looks a little wonky to me too. "Little" being the big word here. There's also a chance that it's spot on for a Gen3, but changed slightly on Gen4s. Or it could be the angle of the photograph. I'll make you a deal: if you give me $450, I'll go buy a 3rd Generation Glock 17 and we can get a 100% accurate comparison. No? It was worth a shot.
Oh well. The fact that I'm nitpicking tells you how close they got this to the real thing.

And by the way the Glock has an safety it just turns off the moment you press the trigger.
It prevents the gun from firing if it falls or gets hit by something.

Yeah this has the trigger safe as well, but airsoft laws in Japan say it needs the lockable safety as well.

My favorite pistol. Light-weight, easy to field strip and clean, and with the new 9mm shots out, it's an extremely lethal weapon. I bought mine wih the Trinium night sights installed. Works pretty well seeing as the gun is unseeable in the dark XD.

At least it's out of the way. As TM are part of ASG they're required to have a manual safety, even if the real gun doesn't have one. They could have made it really obvious, but didn't.
