so this was the first good photo of my costume I was really able to find on the net.

so here's my first cosplay! I wore it to Sac Anime Summer 09, and hope to wear it to a few cons in the future!

basic info:
--the actuall construction time probably equaled around three weeks, though it's been in the design/dreaming phase since last September
--the armor and head piece are made from Craft foam
--head piece totally inspired by this drawing: [link]
--the make up is Ben Nye
--it is physically impossible to dress myself in the armor
--it is very difficult to sit while wearing it
--it is very, very hot.
(like, temperature hot.)
--only a select few oxy-morons will get that reference
