His almost permanent emotionless face mixed with his straightforward and suspicious attitude makes it common for misunderstandings to happen when interacting with him, but he is usually able to avoid any issues by apologizing or explaining himself.
He has a knack for looking over certain (if not, all of the) details before thinking of his next move. Though he does have the nasty habit of dwelling on these things or exaggerating them in his mind, causing him to make hasty choices or change his decisions before seeing them through. He is a very diligent person and finds joy in doing tasks and related hobbies for an extended amount of time especially if they benefit him. He rarely complains about his work or colleagues even if they become demanding since he insists on keeping his thoughts and relations at work to be completely impersonal or professional. However his level of patience is determined by the type of superiors he has, usually dropping when working for a person who doesn’t work seriously.

Gareth was raised by his sister and didn’t know much about their parents. His sister didn’t spend too much time with him and often left him in charge of the chores at home. He had little to no friends but had one close friend he made a promise to. He was pretty average in throughout his life and eventually graduated, getting several small jobs before applying for Aspro Corvus.

If asked about his life, Gareth would simply say it was unremarkable, typical or about as exciting as a rock’s.
Gareth knew little about his parents. He never asked his sister, the one who acted as his guardian, any of the details she had remembered about them, but he did know that they were kind and that he was around 3 years old when they died in a car crash. Luckily for the siblings, their paternal grandmother, who was living pretty close to where they were, took them in and kept the siblings well fed and educated with the help of financial support coming from several of their distant relatives.
He was around 6 years old when his grandmother passed, leaving his 21 year old sister to deal with matters regarding the house and college. She eventually got a job as a nurse at a nearby hospital. This didn’t stop her from raising her brother, though. She would often act strict with him, but Gareth knew that she only meant well and wanted him to be responsible and independent. He would always be left in charge of doing the chores such as cleaning the rooms, fixing beds or washing the dishes. But he didn’t mind. He always pushed himself to lessen the work his sister had to do at home.
As for school, it wasn’t exactly being easy being “the man of the house” while learning how to do basic math and comprehensive reading. His sister left for work hours before the bus would get to his house and he’d always be the first to leave class during dismissal. He was one of the more serious people in his class and would bark at people who he thought were wasting his time. He was later forced to work with some of his classmates for a group project, eventually becoming good friends with the other members of the group. They’d crack jokes and share stories, some of which Gareth would share to his sister if she was home early. The group grew closer with every passing day and eventually made promises with each other about becoming rich and successful adults. It was in 6th Grade when Gareth swore to them that he’d make a name for himself to make it easier for the group to find each other after they would separate due to high school.
He took this childish promise seriously and did his best in school while also keeping his desire to help his sister in mind. His aim rose from becoming a simple employee to becoming a manager himself. He had taken some part time jobs to use as little as he could from the money that came from their relatives and applied for scholarships to help lessen his tuition for school.
After high school, he moved onto college where he chose to take up Hotel and Restaurant Management after a long time of comparing it with the other courses. The course seemed easy to him and it was aligned with his dream to become the manager of a business or at least a significant part of it.
Even though he graduated and thought he had his life after college set, he found himself facing another dilemma. He believed that he wasn’t ready for a serious job due to having a lack in experience and being a fresh graduate. It was roughly two years after graduating before he considered working at Aspro Corvus. It was a prestigious hotel that had an almost intimidating aura to it, and he had been “hiding” from it. He later managed to convince himself to apply after he heard it was looking for new staff members. He knew that this was going to be a big step for him in fulfilling his goals and he had to take it.

I was going to let Gareth and his sis be raised by their Great grandmother, but it might be not-so legit because she'd be too old and stuff, considering the age of his sis.

All I can pretty much say about my latest child’s app is that it’s… well… empty compared to the apps I’ve made before… It made me feel weird when I tried putting some little art on the background since it made it feel really dirty and over-extravagant

I’m really happy with how I colored this one, especially his shiny, shiny hair OwO. I’ve been avoiding light hair colors because I didn’t know how to make them look shiny, but I somehow managed to make it look clean, decent and shiny here \(^o^)/

Making this was fun, especially the lining and coloring XDD
