I got inspired after seeing the art of many that depict a quite popular Fan Character for Axis Powers Hetalia: Philippines

I'm a Filipino and my friends got me into this fandom. What did you expect? You should be surprised that I didn't make this any sooner

I feel bad for not making some sort of introductory OC sheet/art or something, but I just got caught in the moment after listening to the Game of Thrones Opening Theme and to this
