Wanted to do a few pictures of her pre-mutation. Poor gal didn't used to be so spooky! D: Well.. maybe a little bit.This picture was heavily inspired by 2nd lieutenant Mira because she's awesome and I wanted to do a shout out. X) There's quite a bit wrong with this drawing.. I still need practice when it comes to armor and guns. Blergh!

I do regret that a sequel doesn't look likely because I would've loved to see what would have happened to Mira and Titus afterward.

I was very sad to find out there wasn't at least a comic or story following.. though considering the universe they're in we can only imagine it probably ended up horribly.... for Titus anyway. Maybe Mira will pop up again in the future.

Which was weird considering people pour their hearts out over Gabriel Angelos. I like Gabe, don't get me wrong, but Titus sold me back into the Ultramarines camp.
Maybe he's going to appear elsewhere...maybe he'll be fighting alongside the now revived Guilliman and stomping motherfuckers on the regular while having Guardswomen panties thrown at them en masse.

It didn't seem like that game really went over that well.. or maybe that's just around here. We really loved it and the characters.. Like you said, I really hope it won't be the end for them. X(

Thing with soldiers in this universe is they're more than likely used as fodder, the thing that wins battles is the numbers of troops they have to throw at a problem

Indeed. Alas, real wars look much the same. Of course, modern tech and tactics do not require 'millions' to die, but 'thousands' sounds terrible too. And, as always, young people fight, when old arseholes who start wars sit in their heavily-guarded lairs and watch as cannon fodder do their bidding, spewing something about 'duty' and 'patriotism' from time to time. I'm really tryin to draw as much as I can since there might come a time soon that I won't get to as often, there's a huge craft show coming up that I really want to try to snag a spot at for my faeries so I'll have to work triple time on them just to have enough to make the trip worth it!
