When people first meet Rin, they often see a very sweet and cute girl. However, Rin is a boy and uses his facade to get what he wants. Which is usually
information or attention. He is very extraverted and is not afraid to get to know people, much to their dismay. He's overconfident to the point where he's boastful
and when someone points out his mistakes, he often denies it. He's also very snarky and witty and enjoys teasing his fellow council members and other students.

Rin grew up in a higher class family. His father was a very important sea trader and his mother was a well respected person in society (ie. she was a trophy wife).
When Rin was born, they wanted a daughter, but ended up with a young boy. Saddened, but not heartbroken, they treated Rin with much love... to the point where he
had become spoiled. He used his looks to get what he wants and became very good at collecting information and using it to his advantage. He attended Kaiyono Academy
since he was a first year but was quite bored with his school life. That changed when he saw the student council president wearing glasses. How he joined the Student
Council remains somewhat of a mystery, some people say that he blackmailed the president, others say that he actually tried his best. But now people are in fear since the
most gossipy person is now a part of the Student Council.
