Thanks, and yes you are right. I'm working on that. For a while I've just ignored it because I was having so much trouble with shading and structure anyway. But I feel like I "get" facial structure better now (no way near perfect, though), so I can work on that a bit more from now on.

Not to mention different hair colors and styles too, and ages. There is lots to be done.
