I just always liked Sombra, so this is him without Armor, braving the Frozen North.
You never know, he might still be alive, biding his time…
His evil lead him to rule as a tyrant king for an unknown amount of time. He can banish a kingdom for 1000 years. Ponies were so terrified of him that they couldn't even remember their hell and he's the only villain that was not destroyed by his own pride. Had he been just a little sooner in breaking that barrier, all would have been lost.
He was a force of nature, an avatar of fear. He didn't need to say anything… he was a monster… nothing less.

I thought he was a very good Villain, the only thing is that I have issue with is how everyone paints him poorly, he was trapped in an ice prison for over 1000 years in a gaseous state all alone unable to escape. How long do you think it was before Cabin Fever set in? Given what happened to him I think his mind was the first to go, he was almost running on pure instinct. Given that and what he did in the past both in therms of taking over a kingdom like a Nazi, (I dare not think of what he did to them and the kind of horrors he inflicted on the crystal ponies that could even reach the same levels as what happened in those interment camps,) and setting up traps to prevent anyone/anypony from finding and getting the crystal heart. Think of it, if any one of those traps had worked and spike had not been there, what would have happened? I also point out that given the time and age Sombra was from, it isn't impossible to think that he only considered the lone adventure type to come knocking on his door. I bet he planed for just Luna or Celsista to come for him, but I don't think he considered both.

Starswirl the bearded came out in phisically form. And even when he has his hat and robe completely off, no mark, almost like a tease

He inspired fear in the heart of all crystal ponies, who are we to say they didnt deserve it?
He ruled an empire so vast and powerful that the two princesses feared for their own, after all, Discord, Chrysalis and even the griffons could not stand agaisnt it, trully Sombra was the king of kings, and he will have his revenge.

I agree. Sombra IS a pony of Shadow, and Shadows never die, they just hide. After the episode and during my massive obsession over Sombra, I had altered him to make my own. He became cursed leading to the evil growing, and was never destroyed. He was just simply thrown back out into the Arctic, injured and unconscious.
I really hope Hasbro brings him back, he was an amazing villain, and he is my all-time fave pony in Equestria.

I feel like Sombra really is dead, but that doesn't mean he'll stay that way. Their have been plenty of villains that have died and been resurrected by a back up plan of some kind. Prime example of this is Voldamort from Harry Potter, that dude was dead but thanks to some careful planing he came back to the world of the living. Then their is Sauron from Lord of the Rings and is what Sombra was based off of, he was dead too and he still returned.

Honestly, I prefer Sombra with armor. Oddly though, Sombra makes me think a little about Scar from the lion King, probably bcuz he was a TYRANT KING, and instilled fear. Yet, he didn't say squat essentially and he REALLY instilled fear and in the present time of the episode, he didn't have his reign but he certainly had some strength and power so....you could say 'king' Sombra is more like Shan-Yu.

Considering he was based off of Sauron, this comes as no surprise. The painfully ironic thing, though, is that even Sauron got more lines than Sombra did in the end.

To be fair Sauron had three movies to come up with dialogue and Sombra had only two episodes. I wouldn't be surprised if Sombra came back from the dead like Sauron, it would actually be kind of cool.

That doesn't really stop me from thinking it'll happen. Derpy was said to never come back, because of how "offensive" she was. Trixie was meant to be a one shot character, so one and so forth. It may be a while to wait but I feel that it might happen one day. If not, well there is fan fiction.

Objection! He was corrupted by the same power that corrupted Luna and Discord in the beginning. fear... The comics Show that the nightmare forces are still there, Luna was freed from their grasp by the elements, and Discord was freed by them when he was encased in stone because he was no longer useful to their cause. only that fear still caused him to act out, only ending when Fluttershy (best pony) showed him friendship. Sambra however cast a spell on his kingdom vowing his return, witch why the nightmare forces continued to reside in him. much like with Luna. His fear was fear of being seduced by greed. The nightmare took hold of that fear and used it agents him much like Luna and her fear off rejection. Thus creating Sambra.

I did, actually, and the point remains that, at least over the period of time covered by the main trilogy, Sauron had to work mainly through minions and influence rather than directly.
