This is really great, I love her outfit and the colors! Especially those poofy sleeves. The way you draw hair is really beautiful in this picture, so long and flowy~ <3
but theirs one thing I couldn't help but notice... which was the monocle, I just thought it was kinda a weird color and placement. The color, because it's the same color as her hair, which kinda makes it blend in almost? and the placement only because it's around her entire eye... it just kinda looks like a random circle. That might just be part of the color thing, but it you moved it up and to the left slightly I think it would look great!

This is only my opinion of course, and I'm not an expert ouo
