Actually, I really like the "flatness" with which you stylized her face. Whether that was your intent or not it makes her seem somewhat different than human, like a selkie or nymph or even goddess, something mythical and not of this world, descending back to her element... Y'know, beyond just the "ohh pretty blue + moon + nekkid = teh coolness.", not that the coolness isnt completely relevsnt, too.
When the hell did you learn to colour like this, btw??
