This killed my soul but at least it's done XD

Heads
Common:
Scarce (Teeth have large gaps in between them)
Fangs (Large canines)
Sharp (Teeth are pointed at the end and have little to no gaps in them.)

Uncommon:
Straight (Teeth appear as only lines)
Human (Flat points on the end)

Rare:
Stitches (The mouth is stitched closed or can be stitched loosely so the mouth can open)
Objects (Glass, nails, etc, any sharp object is used for teeth)

Tongues
Common:
Short
Long

Rare:
Split(Can also be like a snake tongue)

Very Rare:
Multi (More then one tongue which ranges from 2-7 toungues in total)

Eyes (Located on chest)
Common:
Human

Uncommon:
Beast eyes (Like most carnivores)
Blank eyes (No pupil)

Rare:
Reversed (Colors are reversed)
Goat (eyes of a goat)

Very Rare:
Other (Any shape)

Noses
Common:
Clown Nose

Rare:
Huamn Nose

Extras:
Horns, fins, spikes, extra limbs, smoke, and other things are all rare
