A full year later and it is finally done?

Tbh, I almost forgot about him.
But I found the old ref sketch I made of him and looked at some of the oldest drawings of him I drew when I was 10 years.
He has developed allot sense then, now that I look back on it:'3
And this guy was one of my very first oc, but to be more specific, the second ever oc I made. The first was Jessica, though. But his original bio and such (when I think about it, doesn't make a whole lot of sense) so I decided to 'fix' the 'goofy' parts of the bio he originally had.

BioIn short) He was originally an experiment made by Dr. Eggman to try to destroy Sonic, Shadow, and Silver. He made Sparky from both DNA and the emeralds. However, like most things Eggy makes, Sparky had a mind of his own and did whatever he wanted. Even though he doesn't like Sonic, Shadow, or Silver, he has nothing truly against them enough to destroy them. Sparky's magic abilities are mainly flight and chaos abilities.
