FINAL EDIT Well, I didn't get any response whatsoever from #HalloweenAcademy after I sent in the edited application. Either they are too busy with the slew of applications coming in or they are just ignoring me. So...yeah.... I dunno what else to do, I tried my best and it simply was not acceptable for the preliminaries, no matter what. Don't have time to make a new character because of the deadline, so...

I guess I'm withdrawing the application entirely. Like I said before, I have no hard feelings against them at all! However, with my paranoia, even if I made it into the group I would constantly feel as though they were biased against me, so I wouldn't have very much fun. I guess I kinda ruined it for myself with my stubbornness, but there's nothing I hate more than wasted efforts, especially when it was really not my error that caused it to happen...I know you keep hearing me say this but I really want to drive the point home that it was not like I didn't read the rules, I received false information from the administrator herself. I didn't even really get a sincere apology for that mix up of theirs, lol . And as it stands, the group has become incredibly confusing, hectic, and unorganized...and I've never had fun in unorganized groups. I don't think its their fault though; I think they got way more applications than they thought they would get. I'm sure they'll fix it once the application process is over though and I wish them luck in running their group!

Since I'm withdrawing the application, I've also edited the actual deviation to take out their template because it is not in good etiquette to use a group's template without being affiliated with them in any sort of way .

Also, I want to point out that my character was not allowed into the preliminaries but there was a cat demon that was allowed in, albeit a "cat and vampire hybrid" :/. And the character has cat ears. Just sayin'.

Anyway! Now that all that junk is finally over and out of my mind, this is a character from "Of Hair and Horrors"! Her name is still Missy and she is a full nekomata. She runs the salon that is rivaling "Devil's Den" called "Wicked Kitty", lol. Missy serves as a minor antagonist in the first portions of the comic as she tries to sabotage Rose and Lily's salon. Originally that was all she was going to be, but I've fallen in love with her so much that she is definitely going to have a bigger role than planned.

There's no real background design in this piece 'cause it was originally meant to just be a profile picture >.> I tried to add a little something so it wouldn't be empty white space, but it still looks pretty empty. I'm really proud of her character design. Without knowing, I sorta gave her an Egyptian color theme with the red, gold, and purple, and I think that really suits her personality to a tee ><.
