Amazin' eyes, agreed, nice lips too. Great way to "break into" photography, but you've practiced and gotten even better since...WTF? Jan 06? *chuckles*
If you ever go back to this theme, another idea would be to do a follow-on with her lipstick on the blade, focus on the blade and the lovely lady in the blurrd background.

I love this one too - the contrast of those huge, innocent blue eyes against the knife makes for an interesting composition. Beautiful colours as well, and generally just a nice portrait
