Updated Version!: fav.me/dbuebmdSo, how about them Olympics? I'm not one to watch the entire event but I do watch the tense moments. Watching the Olympics reminded me of a movie I watched as a kid a very long time ago. I vaguely remembered the name of the movie (thank you Google) but it became one of my favorite movies. It was called the Animalympics. It was corny, zany, musical, and down-right funny at some parts.
The part I remembered the most was about the swimming champion, Dean Wilson. This otter was so laid-back and chill with a surfer vibe. Seems the years have been good to me to finally draw him. There's not much art of him on here so I thought I'd draw him and add on to that small amount.
I drew this first, used Paint.net for the very first time to line and color it, and finally photoshopped the background. It's far from good but not bad either. I see many mistakes here and there, like the lining for example. One day, I'll re-do it with shading but I'll stick with how the movie had him colored.

Man when I was a kid I had a crush on Dean and he was my favie character in the movie!

The best ways I can think of getting your hands on a VHS/DVD copy is either Ebay or Amazon.com. I've checked both and saw VHS copies about around $50.00. The other way is Youtube on which I use to watch it all the time. You'd be surprised what you'd find on there. And I agree so much. Dean was like my favorite character on that movie and his song was so awesome. My other fav was Kurt Wuffner and his off-the-wall chance of him finding Dogra-la in a blizzard no less.
