Toby's Pap has either singular leg bones (showing only the femur, his tibia and fibula covered by his boots), or black pants over top his legs (and black sleeves) depending on how you interpret his battle & walking sprites.
So I agree with SpikelyWhiplash ; this way of separating bones doesn't make any sense (Pap wouldn't be able to walk).
