Description
This is a drawing I made 7 years ago inspired by Alan Lee's work as illustrator of the world of J.R.R.Tolkien.

I made a series of the Valars, the deities of Middle Earth and Arda as called in the Silmarillion.

This is Yavanna Kementàri. giver of fruit, Queen of the Earth, wife of Aule.
She is responsible of the growth of all fruits and plants in Middle Earth, and she's the one who asked Eru (Iluvatar, the supreme god creator of all) to create the Ents, protectors of forests, after her husband created the dwarves, since she was afraid that they would have cut all the trees.
