That's the problem with breeding two mutants. If their combined level is greater than 5 the child has to divide up the power by twinning. Jean is level five by herself and I think Cyclops is level 3. And don't forget that mutant power levels are measured like earthquakes: order of magnitude rather than a constant increase.

I've recently got into the classic X-Men comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. I'll admit they're ridiculous, but now I am saddened that her stint as Marvel Girl is long since over. I'd really like to see that with a bulging tummy.
