Description
This is my Little brothers Naruto oc. He wanted Him to be in my naruto Fan fic. So here he is, drawn by me.

He was fighting in the War/Conflict between the two allied forces, Mist/Rock against Leaf/Cloud, ten years before the start of my story. Thats 80 years after the Fourth Shinobi World War in the real naruto.

personality: Most of the time, Toshikure is a stoic, self-assured man who shows little emotion at anything that happens around him. He shows contempt for opponents that he considers weak, noting their characteristics as a factor to their weakness and scoffing at their attempts to hurt him. He is not a completely merciless and heartless opponent however; after he defeats his enemies, he will leave the vicinity rather than finish them off. However, when toshigakure has the opportunity to battle strong opponents, he will do anything, including resorting to underhanded tactics, to face them. He derives great pleasure from his fights with worthy opponents.

Ability: As one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Toshikure was one of the most powerful shinobi produced within Kirigakure. His generation of swordsmen was even noted to be the strongest in the village's history. He was capable of using the Silent Killing technique

Toshikure possessed the unique longsword Nuibari. With it, he was not only able to precisely pierce multiple enemies in quick succession, but also stitch them together utilizing a substantial length of wire attached to the blade. This aptly demonstrated his proficient dexterity while handling this particular needle-like sword, as he was able to repeatedly catch it securely just mere moments after previously forcing the blade through his adversaries.

Jutsus/techniques:
Silent Kill:
As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique:
This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.

Water Release: Gunshot:
The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power.
