Description Some promo work done for my own studio. I even brought this out as a college/courier bag, which ran quite successful in it's own small scale.

Here in Germany, Animation is widely still regarded as kids entertainment, even up to the responsible guys with the broadcasting companies. Hope that I can help to change that a little, with the time.

Who the fuck comes saying cartoons are just kids stuff? Don't you know how many adult cartoons exist?

Who says cartons are for kids! Not me! Despite the fact that I've grown up with cartoons with jokes that were over my head at the time. There's even a few cartoons that were made for adults!

Well, that aside, I really like the way Trixie is laying on the ground.

Well, overhere in Germany, Cartoons and animation in general are considered as kids stuff and kids stuff only, by the responsible in media business. In the public eye, though, it is something different. Hope we are at the brink of a change. Glad you like Trixie

Generally it is seen the same way here in America. Which is utterly ridiculous since many old cartoons (especially Looney Tunes) are known to be originally for adults. The humor was so good that kids were even able to like it. However, I couldn't care less as I love cartoons of all kinds whether they are seen as just for kids or not.

BTW, your characters, specifically Trixie here, are VERY attractive and your style kind of reminds me ofΒ Eric W. Schwartz's work. A possible influence of yours or is it just coincidence?Β

You are very right about that, with the cartoons of the old. Well, in the end, it is a form of art, not an industry product. The artists decide where to go with it.
Glad you like my characters Β  Both Eric and I"borrow" heavily from Chuck Jones, so eventually there are many similarities. Love his work a lot though!

I like Trixie's curves. Nothing like a naked vixen to get attention!

Thank you Ahhhwell, perhaps she is not THAT naked, wearing nipple tape and one of these fancy new clip-on string thingies. No reason for morale guardians to aggitate themselves ^^

More Trixy! XDDDD

It's a simple fact that sex sells, no matter what industry you're in. I think the reason more of your clients respond positively to Trixy is based on her appeal, or rather the appeal of vixens. The "sexy fox babe" is a staple in the anthro/furry community (and arguably in cartoons in general. XD) so I think she's the ideal mascot for your studio.

...plus, she's a knockout! Just my opinion! XD;;; Anyway, keep up the good work, man! Best of luck!

Thanks alot, I think the same
Whatever people say about "those damn furries" - I think you can't go wrong with a vixen lady outside the furry fandom as well. The Zippo series proves me right, all have been sold out.

I don't think the rat is generic, I just think the foxy vixen is more alluring. Just like Skunkette.
Even if the subject matter may not be there thing when they see her, it still hits the right
nerve in a positive way.
Keep her drawn like this in several other poses showing what she shows now
and not to mu ch more and it will get the positive attention your looking for.
Just my 2 cents, not that i know anything. your the Artist!!

I think she looks great!!!
I like the faded close up of her face behind her.
She has a great pose and is just enough uncovered to be enticing
without going to far!!!
Very nicely done!!
I hope it brings a lot of attention to your talent and your company!!
Great job!

Thanks! And it is true - ever since I use Trixie as mascot in my business correspondence, I got alot of positive feedback from customers and business partners alike. Perhaps the cartoon rat looks just too generic to stick out of the crowd.

A bit of uncommon knowledge here, but the original cartoons were NOT made for kids. Though they did quickly evolve (or devolve, depending on your tastes..) into children's entertainment. Random cartoon history aside, This is well done. Very cute, well proportioned, vibrantly colored and well-detailed. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you very much And yes, things started out different than it ended up here. Glad that in some areas, cartoons and comics are not regarded as a pure kids thing anymore, and now is even widely considered as a form of art. But try to explain that to a near 70 years old intendant of a broadcasting company
