Some other eurasian cranes, for #decembird Cranes remind me Sweden, because of the chapter in the "Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey through Sweden" (Selma Lagerlöf) about the great Crane Dance on the Kullaberg, and also because I saw these birds for the first time near Uppsala, and hearing their calls makes me feel very nostalgic.

I'm very fond of this one as well. The bluish hue is much more haunting than that of the gray in the other piece. I'm also liking the trees in the background. Very lovely!
