I've always admired traditional collage artists for their insanely creative ways of making artwork. Cofee and soil? The very presence of those two earthy materials in the midst of all the vibrant inks and paints is just gorgeous to me in their inventive contrasty-ness.
Everything looks fantastic - chaotic and ordered at the same time. Truly beautiful. The white marks on the third one look like an army of ghosts pouring up and over a distant hilltop.

Each tile seems like a part of a story.
The second tile reminds me of a starry winter night. i even see a snowman, and a bear in there.
the 3rd is interesting. The grouping of white marks towards the bottem seem to be people fleeing a burning city or something.
I'm sure that when i look at this image later, i'll see a whole other story.
very nice work.

these are great. i love the coffee stains. with the white spatters it reminds me of culture growing in petri dishes, except far more beautiful.
