Je profite d'un concours de concepts arts sur Erol pour faire mon premier concept art de personnage de mon Jak VI.Donc, après Jak V, Erol est "reconstruit": ses prothèses cybernétiques sont plus humaines, son visage a été entièrement reconstitué (j'hésite encore si son oeil droit redevient normal ou non), etc... Il n'est pas construit en un clin d'oeil, dans ma vision j'imagine que sa convalescence dure au moins 1 an.
A droite du dessin se sont donc les emplacements de ses cicatrices principales (les mêmes que sa forme cyborg), de même pour les oreilles, etc... Il est amputé des deux jambes et du bras gauche: ici le concept de ses nouveaux membres cyborg.
Voici donc Erol en habits plus adéquats pour des fonctions plus "royales"... mais je l'imagine assez mal à l'aise (c'est pour ça qu'il fait la gueule sur le dessin *out*) lors des cérémonies et des sorties officielles durant lesquelles il est obligé de porter ce genre de vêtements.
Bref, je trouvais ça classe pour lui.
En espérant que ça plaise.

I avail of a contest to do my first concept art of my character in Jak VI.
So after Jak V, Erol is "rebuilt" and his cybernetic prostheses are more human, his face was completely restored (I still hesitate if his right eye becomes normal or not), etc ... It is not built in a trice, in my vision I guess his convalescence takes at least 1 year.
In the right of the drawing is therefore the locations of his major scars (the same as his cyborg form), even for the ears, etc ... He lost both legs and left arm: here the concept of the new members cyborg.
Here, Erol with more appropriate clothes for more "royal" functions... but I imagine him quite uncomfortable (that 's why he is in the sulks on the drawing *out*) during ceremonies and official outings during which he was forced to wear this kind of clothing.
Anyway, I thought it was cool for him.

Ya, it expresses perfectly what you want. I see him and actually imagine him in one of those royal functions or parties kinda withdrawn, hiding in the shadows or corners kinda out of sight.
Don't blame him thought...I am pretty sure that those functions are full of snobs who would take their time to gossip, cast out and humiliate him...or anybody like him.
Its really sad.
I wonder what Jak would do about it thought if it was true what I wrote.

And you know... this is exaclty how I see him. He rarely occurs and when he does is to say something important. Erol is an observer, more an speaker.
In my view, in Jak VI, he is politically returns more or less in his role as prince (since he remains the son of the former king Damas) But many politicians do not trust that seen it was on the side of Praxis, and on the other side the noble (like Veger for example) do not really enjoy him because instead he would actually betrayed Praxis. In short, his return to the political will really not easy.
For Jak it is also difficult. He wants to take his legal place on the throne ... but he knows nothing about the royal life. He will have to learn everything. Whereas Erol had the "princely" education, he is more adapted to go to the throne, however other politicians do not want, etc. ... in short, a bit complicated.
And on the other hand, Jak tries to understand his past, finally know his brother who is still a bit foreign, etc ... It's really hard for him too.
Although they are brothers, they are quite different from one another. But that does not mean they do not like 
I think their story is quite sad: because Erol know his past, his family, etc... but he lost everything. Whereas Jak can't lost everything because he had nothing... but he doesn't know his family, his mother, etc... and I think it's really sad too.

I imagined Jakline uses her eco powers to restore Erol back to human and his cybernetics were converted to organic.
