I haven't forgotten about Skullgirls Neo.
So, I had gotten a small sketchpad, and I said to myself... "Hey, let's get back to basics!" Because I wanted to draw stuff quicker now, and now I can. So, now my sketchpad, at the time of this writing, is about half full of experiments and stuff I just wanted to get down.
Like I said, I haven't forgotten about Skullgirls Neo. I wanna continue writing for it someday soon. For now, I'll let my drawings tell some bits of story.
So, here's Ms. Fortune, waiting in an alleyway. For what? I don't know. Whatever it may be, it's clearly coming in late.

Hey, your draws are beautiful, but only pencil for lineart/color/shaded make things a little confuse. You can try use a black pen to lineart, will seems more clean ^w^

I actually do use black pen in some of my works. What I wanted do here was to just get back to plain sketching like I did before. Not to mention, since I don't need to worry about using colors and ink, I can revert back to what I did before, in order to get ideas down and experiments done faster.
Yeah, smudges get me quite a bit.

I do get what you mean, and I've heard it plenty of times from other artists. I suppose, if anything, you merely came too late.

A few times, I take advantage of the smoke. It's great for drawing Grimm (dark, animal-like monsters that exist in a show called RWBY), since they sometimes emit smoke.
