Description When I looked back at the stuff I did for college about one and a half years I just figured that I could do it way better now. I then took some of the characters I created back then, redesigned them according to my current abilities and made them into a cover art, something I couldn't do in college because I ran out of time.
A lot of effort went into creating this drawing and I really pushed myself (and the paper). I hope it shows at least a little bit

the version that's uploaded now is slightly edited from the original, btw.

Thanx a lot. I really took my sweet time with it. I actually fixed a few anatomy issues here and there and will upload the - hopefully - improved version of the drawing tomorrow.

it's already up. It's just that the changes (of which there are quite a few) are very subtle.

Thanks alot,
I studied "communications design", which basically is art (although commercial art). I did a lot of traditional drawings when I studied, though.

Regarding "communication design", I have no idea what it is called in the US (I live in Germany ... and it's 5.30 AM here - yawn), so you might have more luck if you just look for "graphics design". Ah hell, you shouldn't be worrying about that right now anyway. Still got a couple of years to go. Just keep practicing (and don't quit drawing for like years because you just got a GameBoy or something, like I did when I was about your age )
